Goals and Needs

Medusa is the new Restaurant, Club and Cabaret in Cannes: overlooking the sea, it offers a breathtaking view and a unique offer for the high quality of gastronomy and music.
The restaurant’s management, which is already the owner of other worldwide formats, needs to organise the format and the entertainment for the opening of the restaurant’s first season. NuArt was chosen by the client because of the originality of its offer and the reliability of the company. This choice led to the development of a strong partnership aimed towards the design and handling of the entertainment format.

Built in the thirties, the mythical and legendary Palm Beach in Cannes, is transformed to become this essential place, seducing since its creation the international jet-set.
Change of scenery but no soul, the Palm Beach gives pride to upscale entertainment, to unforgettable parties.
This iconic haven hosts now the new restaurant club cabaret: Medusa.

What’s Medusa’s secret? Blending three different approaches into a unique and exclusive format, which can attract different types of target and make them dive into an unforgettable night.

One of the essential values of the format is the chance to spend the night in company, sharing signature dishes and experimenting the culinary style of the Greek Chef Yannis Kioroglou, who imagined a fusion of delicate Nikkei, whose origins are in Japan and South America, with the tasty and inventive Greek authentic cuisine.

Restaurant, Club, Cabaret

One of the most important features of the format, which monopolises the whole Medusa experience, is the deep study of the night’s flow. The intro is in the hands of the performers, with a Welcome & Ambient Introduction and during the night the different interactive acts beat the time and walk the guests through the courses. Lastly, the grand finale anticipates the after dinner and fastens the pace of the night, inviting the guests to dance and kicking off the final DJ-set.
